Lorsqu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 devenir fermes, ajoutez un peu de sucre si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige dans la pr\u00e9paration au mascarpone, en faisant attention \u00e0 ne pas les casser.
