Cuisson des p\u00e2tes :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire les p\u00e2tes :<\/strong> Faites cuire les p\u00e2tes dans une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e selon les instructions sur l&#8217;emballage (environ 8-10 minutes, selon le type de p\u00e2tes). Elles doivent \u00eatre al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9goutter et rincer :<\/strong> Une fois cuites, \u00e9gouttez les p\u00e2tes et passez-les sous l&rsquo;eau froide pour les refroidir rapidement (cela aide \u00e0 arr\u00eater la cuisson et \u00e0 garder les p\u00e2tes fermes).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pr\u00e9paration des l\u00e9gumes :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Couper les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong> Pendant que les p\u00e2tes cuisent, coupez le concombre, le poivron, les tomates cerises, l&rsquo;oignon rouge (si vous l&rsquo;utilisez), et le fromage feta en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les olives :<\/strong> Coupez les olives noires en deux, si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pr\u00e9paration de la vinaigrette :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le vinaigre balsamique (ou le jus de citron), la moutarde de Dijon, le miel (ou le sucre), l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 (si vous en utilisez), le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bien \u00e9mulsionner :<\/strong> Fouettez bien pour obtenir une vinaigrette lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Montage de la salade :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong> Dans un grand saladier, combinez les p\u00e2tes refroidies avec les l\u00e9gumes (concombre, tomates cerises, poivron, oignon, etc.), les olives et le fromage feta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter la vinaigrette :<\/strong> Versez la vinaigrette sur la salade de p\u00e2tes et m\u00e9langez bien pour que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient enrob\u00e9s de sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter des herbes fra\u00eeches :<\/strong> Parsemez de feuilles de basilic frais ou de persil pour ajouter une touche de fra\u00eecheur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
