Si vous utilisez des tomates concass\u00e9es en bo\u00eete, vous pouvez les laisser telles quelles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale ou une cocotte, faites chauffer 2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail, puis faites revenir pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent translucides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuisson des l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajoutez les poivrons dans la po\u00eale et faites cuire 5 \u00e0 7 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 ramollir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les aubergines et les courgettes. M\u00e9langez bien, puis laissez cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes en remuant de temps en temps. Les l\u00e9gumes doivent commencer \u00e0 dorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les tomates (fra\u00eeches ou concass\u00e9es), les herbes de Provence, le thym (si utilis\u00e9), le sel et le poivre. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijoter :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Couvrez la po\u00eale ou la cocotte et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant <strong>30 \u00e0 40 minutes<\/strong>.
