{"id":167,"date":"2025-03-07T15:36:27","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T15:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital.nicoletti.top\/groupebgrp1\/?page_id=167"},"modified":"2025-03-23T10:24:23","modified_gmt":"2025-03-23T10:24:23","slug":"boeuf-bourguignon","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/digital.nicoletti.top\/groupebgrp1\/boeuf-bourguignon\/","title":{"rendered":"B\u0153uf bourguignon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Recette du Boeuf Bourguignon - 750g\" width=\"814\" height=\"458\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8uzLRSl3u2w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 6-8 personnes) :<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1,5 kg de b\u0153uf (id\u00e9alement du paleron, de la joue ou du collier)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 bouteille de vin rouge de Bourgogne (ou un vin rouge de qualit\u00e9)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 carottes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 oignons<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g de lardons<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>200 g de champignons de Paris<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 bouquet garni (thym, laurier, persil)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>30 g de beurre<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>500 ml de bouillon de b\u0153uf (ou d&rsquo;eau)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel et poivre<\/strong> (\u00e0 ajuster selon vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tapes :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la viande :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coupez la viande en cubes de taille \u00e9gale (environ 4-5 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salez et poivrez la viande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire dorer la viande :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une grande cocotte, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les morceaux de viande en plusieurs fois (pour \u00e9viter de trop remplir la cocotte) et faites-les dorer sur toutes les faces pendant environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. Une fois dor\u00e9e, retirez la viande et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes et lardons :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, ajoutez les lardons et faites-les dorer pendant 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s et les carottes coup\u00e9es en rondelles ou en b\u00e2tonnets. Faites revenir pendant environ 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons deviennent translucides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajouter la farine :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saupoudrez les l\u00e9gumes et lardons de farine et m\u00e9langez bien. Laissez cuire 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, le temps que la farine se dore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mouiller avec le vin et le bouillon :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remettez les morceaux de viande dans la cocotte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez la bouteille de vin rouge, en grattant bien le fond de la cocotte avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour d\u00e9tacher les sucs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le bouillon de b\u0153uf (ou de l&rsquo;eau) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit presque enti\u00e8rement recouverte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le bouquet garni (thym, laurier, persil), l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijoter :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Couvrez et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant <strong>2,5 \u00e0 3 heures<\/strong>, en remuant de temps en temps. La viande doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s tendre et la sauce r\u00e9duite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la sauce devient trop \u00e9paisse, vous pouvez ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau ou de bouillon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les champignons :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pendant ce temps, nettoyez et coupez les champignons en quartiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale s\u00e9par\u00e9e, faites chauffer un peu de beurre et faites revenir les champignons pendant 5-7 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.
